We craft with care and deliver with the same energy. Once your piece is ready, it’s sent straight to your door, ready to be tried on in your own world. If it’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days (starting from the day after delivery) to return or exchange it, no stress, no pressure.

We use Evri (formerly Hermes) for all UK deliveries to ensure fast and reliable service.
Delivery Options & Costs
- Standard Delivery (Evri 2–4 working days) £2.99
- Express Delivery (Evri Next Day – order before 12pm) £4.99
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–2 working days for processing before dispatch.
Delivery Times
- Standard: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Express: Next working day after dispatch (if ordered before 12pm)
- We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Missed Deliveries
If you're not in when delivery is attempted, Evri will leave a calling card or send an update via email/SMS with redelivery or pickup options.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries using Evri International Tracked service.

Prices are based on small parcel sizes under 1kg. Heavier orders may incur additional charges at checkout.
Tracking
All international orders are shipped via tracked service. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes applied by your destination country. These are not included in your order total.

How to return
- Email us at admin@deathoftouch.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm return details and provide an address.
- Return the item(s) via tracked post. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest turnaround, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
